Lovely game and surprised when i looked at the release date ahaha!
I did not find this game, this game found me.
I enjoyed this, it gave me a similar feeling to a few older Japanese games for the PSP. It has a combination of simple but interesting gameplay and a unique aesthetic. It's a bit unpolished in places and risks becoming repetitive even with the small amount offered, but overall pretty fun.
thanks so much for playing! we still love the premise and theme it has, but a lot to fix to fit our own standard today 😅
I agree about the repetitiveness, I think the weakest part of this game is how repetitive it becomes on later levels compared to gameplay contents we had. the more we grow as developer the more we learn to test core loop before putting too much efforts to the aesthetics.

It's an interesting game so far, but I was wondering why the tutorial in the third level nudges you into buying an upgrade, thus leaving you with few funds to buy allies and then losing the level as a result.

Il titolo mi fa esplodere la testa. ಠ▃ಠ
L'ho letto e ho pensato "ma che caz...
Haha do you mind to explain why?
I just remembered, we brainstormed the title in past like "what's a cool word other than 'mafia'?"

You have to understand that I'm Sicilian and Cosa Nostra is a name that by forces of things stirs up quite a bit of emotion, it's very intrusive, invisible and not at the same time, you hear news on the news of entire municipal and provincial councils being dissolved because of Mafia infiltration, they immediately come to mind when you read that name the bloody bombings they used to do that have remained etched in the minds of many Italians.
So I can't help but wince when I see a game with cute graphics with such a name, but I understand that as a non-Sicilian/Italian it is a name that tells you nothing.
